楼主也不须这么苦恼，这个年龄有比较强的性欲是很正常的，可能你一直没有找到足够的途径和渠道来宣泄自己的欲望而已。
上黄网，读黄文，看黄图，看黄片这些都是只能不断增强和积累性欲望，自己撸一撸是一种发泄。
但最好的办法还是要找到一个和你有共同爱好的贴心伴侣，两个人的长期性生活，才能比较好满足你的性欲望。
欲望人人都有，欲望不是让你去克服战胜的，不必有负罪的心理，也不必有压抑的苦恼，找到适合你的渠道把它宣泄出来吧。
