超长时间潜水，没想到发生如此有趣的事，分析下来，无非炒了版主，或者炒了作者，亦或两方都炒。但是果然都是输家，不论哪个选择都是不好。我建议版主民主化任期化，作者小版主选出代表参加选举，采用会员+1，作者小版主+2，总版主+10，之类的投票方法，每3年选举一次，打破版主任期终身，带来的弊端！
