本人也是包皮过长，包皮过长问题不是太大，可能会有污垢长期存留在包皮内，不天天清理对身体脏兮兮的 以前小不知道 长时间不清理 里面都结块了这样会产生直接的伤害。包皮过长时还会将阴茎包裹住，由于阴茎没有长期接触外界物质，会导致阴茎敏感度增加，在进行性生活时容易射精，听说割包皮是有好处的，割包皮不仅可以有效的预防各种疾病，而且还可以避免感染，龟头天天和内裤摩擦降低阳痿早泄的发病几率，提高性生活质量。本人计划秋天凉快点去割 现在夏天不行天天洗澡 太受罪了
