不管是网警还是别人放的木马程序，都一样是木马，我觉得只要做好安全措施，自然有杀毒软件和防火墙去收拾木马。另外，我觉得是能用代理就尽量用代理，而不是楼主所说那样，毕竟自己的安全最重要，不怕一万就怕万一啊，法不责众也只是说说罢了。
