纠正一个误区，就是“手淫无害健康”。这个所谓“手淫无害健康”的理论根据是什么？他讲射出来的精液的成分是蛋白质，核糖核酸，碳水化合物。经过分析，然后这些营养成分跟一杯牛奶的营养成分是近似的。于是得出一个结论，说“手淫无害健康”。我们按照这个逻辑来想，好像是没有问题，但是实际上问题非常多，为什么？大家注意，西方的这个理念里面，它只注重分解，分解后的营养成分，它没有注重合成。
