请教如何使用mac版uTorrent制作种子及发布问题

本人网络白痴，现在想分享本人得资源，不过不会使用uTorrent（英文版）做种和发种，请教各位大大。
ps：请问什么是Trackers?应该如何填写？还有uTorrent要什么特别设置不？谢谢
